Farmer Girl Farm Dinner

Farmer Girl is returning to Pachamama! Join us for a coursed dinner featuring the season’s most flavorful ingredients.

The evening will start with passed appetizers, a meet and greet, and tour of the farm. Farmer Girl’s Tim Payne will carefully curate and prepare the farm dinner menu using Pachamama’s freshest harvests of the day.

Tim is the head chef at Farmer Girl, a local restaurant in Lyons, CO. He brings a dynamic and varied culinary background to the restaurant, as well as a deep commitment to supporting local, artisanal and sustainable food.
