Flowing with the Seasons: A Workshop for Cultivating Your Natural Vitality

5d50c2ee-d691-48d1-907d-d368604b11f7

Come celebrate the Spring with an afternoon on the farm!

Springtime brings the birth of new life, ideas and experiences, ushering in movement and change. Seasonal transition can also be a time of upheaval, stirring up emotions and shaking up our bodies. The more we can tune into the rhythms of the natural world and flow with the seasons, the more we can harness their energy to cultivate balance and vitality in body, mind, and spirit.

In this class we will develop tools to help us embrace the energy of Spring, including meditation, Five Element wisdom, herbal knowledge, and experiential exercises. We will conclude with a closing circle and tea ceremony. Participants will leave with an 8 ounce jar of a seasonal herbal tea blend made from Pachamama herbs. This promises to be a day of nourishment, community, and fun — join us!
