Pachamama is thrilled to be hosting the second annual Red Earth Herbal Gathering on August 19-20th, 2017!
“The theme of this year is the SPROUT. This year we nourish that which we have planted. We nourish the SEED we planted last year at REHG 2016 and we nourish the seeds that each of us have planted in our lives over the year(s).
Red Earth is women only space, created by and for women to do the work we must do right now to arrive more fully in alignment with our divine mission in this life. All women are welcome. All ages are welcome. All sexual orientations are welcome. All colors are welcome. All religions are welcome. We invite all women called to gather with sacred intention to join us. There is a place for you in this circle.
Over our two-day gathering there will be 12 plant workshops taught by internationally acclaimed herbalists. You will be able to choose which four of these you would like to attend in the four allotted workshop slots. We will have a Red Tent, a Womb Room to enjoy your tailor made vaginal steam, and a marketplace.
This year we are delighted to announce we will also have a young woman’s coming of age set of workshops and ceremony. This will be for young girls who have recently started their moontime and led by experts in the field of mentoring adolescent girls. It is also looking like we will have a children’s set of workshops as well happening when adult workshops are happening. We are working on the details of this and will let you all know as soon as we can so you can plan to bring your little ones.
The SEED of Red Earth Herbal Gathering is all about LOVE, WISDOM and HEALING. It is about empowering women’s inherent life-nurturing power and embodiment of Mother Earth. Our world needs each of us to rise up to our full potential as women to support the great turning. Join us this year as we nurture and feed this SEED and each of your seeds in the potent ceremonial container of Red Earth Herbal Gathering!”
The co-creators of Red Earth, Leela and Astrid, will be posting registration information shortly. Visit the Red Earth registration page for updates.
